My knowledge of Ventura County is extensive, having been a resident of Ventura County since 1965, graduating from Channel Islands High School in 1968, followed by Fresno State University in 1972. An avid cyclist, I frequently ride the various dedicated bike paths of Ventura County.
After a few years in various sales positions, I began my real estate sales career in 1976, have served on the local Board of Realtors, been a delegate to the California Association of Realtors and am a member of the National Association of Realtors. Additionally, I have enjoyed being an instructor for professional real estate schools and the Board of Realtors. I currently serve on two local Homeowner Association Boards of Directors.

I share my life with my spouse Cheryl and can be seen frequently attending ballroom dances. Other personal interests include ocean sailing and traveling.
